WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser. Please ensure you have proof of purchase before completing a Vee Tire Co.® Warranty Claim form.

Vee Tire Co. stands by the quality of our tires. If you want your Vee Tire Co. product to be inspected and assessed by our team for a possible factory warranty defect, please fill out the form provided at the link below.

Once the claim has been received, a Vee Tire Co. representative may need to contact you for further information regarding your claim. In certain cases, it might be necessary to return the tire to us for a physical inspection or provide additional photographs. Once the warranty claim has been fully evaluated, Vee Tire Co. will notify the purchaser with the outcome.

Warranty Exclusions

Vee Tire Co. warranty does not apply to any damage or defects occurring due to the following and will automatically void the warranty.

  • Accidental Damage
  • Incorrect mounting and maintenance
  • Damage due to bicycle malfunction
  • Misuse or Modification of the tires

What Happens If My Claim Is Accepted?

If your warranty claim is accepted, Vee Tire Co. will ship replacement tire(s) to the purchaser. The cost of shipping will be covered by Vee Tire Co. If we are unable to provide the purchaser with exact tire replacement a Vee Tire Co. representative will coordinate with the purchaser to find a comparable replacement.

What Happens If My Claim Is Not Accepted?

If we find that your claim does not meet our warranty criteria Vee Tire Co. will return the tires upon request with shipping costs to be covered by the purchaser. If Vee Tire Co. does not receive a return request or prepaid shipping within 30 days of the claim decision, Vee Tire Co. will dispose of the tire(s).

Original Equipment Tires

If you feel you have a warranty issue with Vee Tire Co. tires supplied and fitted to a bicycle purchased by yourself as the first owner, warranty claims will need to be taken up with the point of purchase I.E the physical store the bicycle was purchased from, website or distributor. Claims on original equipment Vee Tire Co. tires will be evaluated by the store, e-commerce portal or distributor on an individual basis.

Note that most of the bicycle brands we work with use tires exclusively made for them. This may include a specific color, tread compound, or casing structure. In these cases, we cannot replace the tire with the exact same tire. All replacements will come from our standard aftermarket tire line.

I Am A Distributor/Dealer Who Wants To Claim On Behalf Of A Customer.

If you are a dealer or distributor and you are willingly providing your service to make a warranty claim on behalf of your customer, you may do so via our distributor warranty claims form.

What is the Warranty Period?

The warranty period is 12 months starting from the date of purchase.

How do I get in touch about a warranty?
